Belinda Caspi Wiseman is a well known Associate Broker servicing all of Long Island's North Shore. Over 90% of Belindaâ¿¿s clients are referrals from satisfied customers or repeat clients. As a former practicing attorney with a public relations background, Belinda is an expert in Residential Marketing and Promotion, and her negotiating skills are unmatched. She is married 16 years and is the mother of three children who attend the Syosset schools. As PTA President of Walt Whitman Elementary and an involvement in District committees, her knowledge of the school district is invaluable.
Belinda was born and raised on the beautiful Miami Beach and graduated with a journalism degree in public relations from the University of Florida and a law degree from Florida State College of Law. She is fluent in Spanish (her first language). She has been living and working in the Woodbury area since 1990. Her husband grew up in Syosset and felt that it was a wonderful place to raise a family!
